Prominent couple on Palm beach island seeking a chef to work two days per week plus holidays.

Schedule to be mapped out in advance for chef and will include Jewish holidays, Thanksgiving and more.

Year-round position with guaranteed 2 days per week.

SCHEDULE: ideal schedule is Wednesday and Fridays

Wednesday, light lunch for two to three people (salad and protein) and 3 COURSE dinner for up to six people.

Friday, chef arrives between 10- 10:30 AM. Light lunch for two to three people. Then Shabbat dinner for 10 and up to 12 people. Salads and cooked proteins to be left in refrigerator for weekend self-serve.

CUISINE: Kosher, all principles to be followed, no meat with dairy, no shellfish etc.

Simple, wholesome food. Light on the sauces and no modern extreme presentations are required.

ENTERTAINING: Up to six guests on Wednesdays for dinner. Friday is shabbats dinner which ends around 9:30- 10:00 PM. Other holidays may also include guests up to approx. 12 people.

TRAVEL: no travel required.

The ideal chef has great references, preferably familiar with working in a kosher kitchen (but principal is willing to train on these protocols if necessary). The chef should be  dependable, organized, open to direction, pleasant to work with and a team player with other staff.

The candidate should be a non-smoker, dog friendly and does not wear colognes or perfumes. Principals are sensitive to fragrances.
