Angie Botoulas brings her professionalism, intelligence, creativity and communication skills to her work as client and chef liaison. From leading clients successfully through the placement process to helping chefs realize their goals to writing the copy for marketing materials, she has been involved in all aspects of PCI’s operations. Currently, she handles much of the publicity for PCI, which combines her previous experience as a celebrity in the entertainment industry overseas with her education in journalism and marketing.
