PCI Has a new client with young children based in Escondido, CA seeking a full-time chef. There are two homes in close location to each other.

- Home Base is Escondido, CA.
- Secondary home in San Marcos, CA
- No other Travel requests at this time
- Family make-up is 1 adults and 2 children (1 1/2 and 5) in residence
- Nanny, PA, and Caretaker on daily staff
- Staff Meals are prepared
- Tentative schedule is a full-time, 5-day week (M-F)
- Chef will prepare breakfast, lunch & dinners
- Food-Styles- Wide & Varied
- Dietary Restrictions -None noted.
- Chef can expect occasional guests
- Chef is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Chef is responsible for stocking kitchen staples
- Certain Holiday requests may be expected
