A prominent couple seeking a live out chef to work at their Palm Beach family compound and residence for the holiday and winter season.
Employers generally use the property at various times throughout the season (Christmas holiday through Memorial Day) but are not in residence continuously during the entire season.
Guaranteed number of days and schedules will be provided.
This can be a seasonal recurring role for the right chef.
APPROXIMATE PERIOD DATES: Dec. 20, 2026 – May 3, 2027. The chef is usually off on Sunday and Mondays weekly unless requested in advance.
THE PROPERTY HAS 3 HOMES.
1) Main home with large kitchen,
2) Smaller home on property with smaller but full kitchen occupied by employer’s adult sister and
3) Pool house with smaller kitchen.
MEALS: Lunches and dinners (usually anywhere from 2-8 people) for the family and guests as needed. SOME ENTERTAINING and holiday parties for up to 20 people.
CUISINE STYLE: all styles enjoyed and elegantly presented plates are required for more formal meals.
