HNW Family of six plus occasional guests seeking an exemplary, executive chef in Ontario, Canada
PREFERENCE GIVEN TO LOCAL CANADIAN CHEFS APPLYING
DATES: August 1-31, 2026.
Once exact dates are determined the chef can come in a few days ahead to ready facilities with provisioning and making stocks etc. Chef will be met at the airport or wherever designated prior, to be led to the property.
Some items can be prepared and frozen in advance.
SCHEDULE: All days in this short-term period.
MEALS: Breakfast 8-830, Lunch midday, Dinner 6-7pm
CUISINE: Mediterranean, European, 1-2 Vegans, no allergies.
SERVICE: There are approx. 5-6 FT staff with other housekeeping duties which upon completion can then assist with serving as needed and cleanup in kitchen, such as dishes. Chef is responsible for overall cleanliness, and the cleaning of pots pans etc. Staff will assist with set up and break down before after meals.
This is a HNW family accustomed to excellent cuisine and service by refined chefs, (Michelin star)
Although many meals will be buffet style and some formally plated, the menus should be of high caliber using excellent ingredients. The closest Small store is 45 min away and larger store is 1.5 hours away so menus and provisioning accuracy is a must.
Breakfasts are made to order, some home-made baked goods should be on hand etc.
Lunch buffets inc. well seasoned salads to choose from ie. curried chicken amongst other options etc.
Dinners starter, main course either plated or buffet style (chef will be instructed), dessert
