- This is a working vacation ranch
- This is a 5 day/week (40 hours)
- Flexibility in Schedule may be requested
- Residence Make-up is Varying Guest Counts
- Sous Chef will work under Head Chef to complete daily meals and snacks
- Sous Chef will work to facilitate events and private chef services
- Shopping & Stocking of kitchen staples
- Chef is responsible for kitchen and cleanliness
- Male & Female candidates considered
- No Travel requests
- No staff meals
- Dietary Restrictions Varying by Guests
- Execute a wide variety of foods styles
