- Per Client Representative:
- Experienced Private Chef to prepare high-quality daily meals for a UHNW principal and household in the SF Bay Area, while supporting frequent guests and entertaining. The Chef will work collaboratively with anotherprivate chef and should combine excellent culinary execution with flexibility, discretion, and an understanding of private-service standards
- Key Responsibilities
- • Plan and prepare daily meals according to the principal’s preferences, dietary requirements, and nutritional objectives.
- • Source high-quality ingredients and manage food purchasing and pantry inventory.
- • Collaborate closely with the other private chef to coordinate menus, schedules, coverage, guest needs, and kitchen standards.
- • Accommodate changing schedules, guest counts, dietary needs, and last-minute requests when reasonably required.
- • Prepare meals for guests and support private entertainment and events.
- • Maintain an immaculate, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
- • Coordinate with household staff regarding schedules, guests, travel, and events.
- • Manage food-related budgets and minimize unnecessary waste.
- • Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality.
- Ideal Profile
- Significant private-chef experience with UHNW families or principals, ideally including frequent entertaining.
- Strong culinary range and ability to prepare both health-conscious everyday meals and elevated guest dining.
- Organized, adaptable, calm under pressure, and highly service oriented.
- Excellent understanding of discretion and boundaries in a private household.
- Shopping & Stocking of kitchen staples
