PCI has a new client in the Chicago IL region seeking a full-time chef for their family. Some travel with the family is requested. Experience with Traditional Cantonese is preferred or ability to follow family recipes.
- Seeking qualified local and non-local candidates
- Home Base is Chicago, IL
- Secondary home in Miami, FL
- This is a 5 day/week (M-F)
- Occasional Flexibility may be requested
- Family Make-Up is 2 adults and 5 children in residence (9mos to 4.5 years)
- Chef will prep and serve lunch & dinners
- Chef will prep & store Breakfast foods for self service
- Shopping & Stocking of kitchen staples
- Chef is responsible for kitchen cleanliness
- Male & Female candidates considered
- Some Travel requests can be expected
- No staff meals
- Family comfort foods are Traditional Cantonese
- Fresh, wholesome, and organic food products
- Also enjoy a wide variety of foods styles
- Baby foods prepared (fresh purees)
- Some dietary restrictions to follow
- Salary Consideration is TBD
