Private Family Office | Executive Leadership Position
Base locations: Primary, Miami with some time in Los Angeles
Seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee and manage a private family’s culinary program across multiple residences, including a rotating team of private chefs.
Director position ideally based on the east coast (Miami) with some travel to Los Angeles and possibly other locations as needed. The right person is key and all else can be negotiable.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience in acclaimed fine-dining restaurants, luxury hospitality, or high-end culinary operations.
- Previous leadership experience as an Executive Chef, Corporate Exec. Chef, Culinary Director, or comparable senior position.
- Candidate should have HNW private household experience with longevity and references.
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, train, and develop teams of professional chefs.
- Strong background in menu development, culinary operations, and quality control.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and personnel management skills.
- Broad culinary expertise, refined palate, and high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple residences and changing household requirements.
- Exceptional discretion, professionalism, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to remain hands-on and cook periodically.
