DURATION: End of June through end of August
Family 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 13) plus staff of 4.
Kids are in camp most of summer so chef will really be cooking for about 6 adults to include the staff.
HNW Family is seeking a chef 2-3 days per week to provide healthy, plant based, Mediterranean, Asian fusion etc, kosher cuisine for lunches and dinners. Sophisticated palates and healthy cooking enjoyed
On day of visit chef will cook in family’s kitchen for that day’s family style lunch. There will be staff present to assist with that service and chef will then proceed to make that day’s dinner along with other options for the next day’s meals. All meals to be labeled and containerized for family’s self serve on following day/s.
Menus chosen should reflect options that will be tasty and still enjoyable after refrigeration and should include contents of packaging and all instructions for reheating.
Chef’s work days can be flexible but should probably include Mondays and Fridays if possible with another 3rd day in between if necessary so family meals are covered for the week. Chef should be very familiar with cooking for Shabbat.
Ideal chef has experience working for a high net worth family. Chef should be experienced in Kosher protocols and working in a Kosher kitchen. Organization and cleanliness along with following Covid precautions is required. A Vaccinated chef is certainly a plus.
