All chefs must initially submit their resumes to the Beverly Hills Office for review.

Requirements:
- Minimum of eight years professional chef experience [Note: change in sentence below]
- Existing U.S. work permit (green card), if interested in any PCI bookings within the U.S.A. (fluent English required)
Please Provide via e-mail (we no longer accept fax transmissions):
- An up-to-date resumé with current address and contact information (in Microsoft Word or PDF format)
- Letters of recommendation from past employers (scanned)
- List of references with phone numbers (with a brief one-liner explaining how that person relates to your career)
- A half-page bio (should give the client a glimpse of your background, married, born in etc.)
- Any other information relating to your career (e.g. articles)
- Photograph of yourself in chef’s clothing – don’t forget to smile (jpg)
- Sample menus showcasing your range and cuisine styles
- Food photos optional but highly recommended (jpg)
