Family of four (2 adults and 2 small children, ages 2 and 3) seeking a private chef  with Michelin star experience for their homes in downtown NYC and weekend/summer home in Southampton NY. Family includes 2  dogs


SCHEDULE: Sundays off and sometimes Monday or another midweek day depending on family schedule. Summer schedule should be the same.

TRAVEL: some weekends and summer in Southampton, summer is usually Memorial Day to Labor Day. Additional trips for 2 weeks each, to Aspen in June and Canada in August. Chef may accompany on those trips as well.

Housing is provided at all locations EXCEPT NYC. Southampton housing is private bedroom and bath in main home. Vehicle is provided in Hamptons if needed. Travel expenses paid by employer.

CUISINE: Michelin star level menus and creativity required using Healthy organic ingredients. Family enjoys all styles of cuisine and there are no allergies or dietary restrictions. Family will eat beef, poultry, fish etc. Some more casual style service in NYC, platter or family style may be utilized. When entertaining plating is mostly required, and housekeeper is available to serve in NYC and Hamptons for dinner parties.

ENTERTAINING: Approximately twice a month in NYC and once per week in Hamptons for up to 8 people. More formal style, 5 star cuisine and plating enjoyed for entertaining

MEALS: LUNCH 1230-1pm, for 4-5 people which includes principals, assistant and nanny.

               DINNER  5-6 pm for children, (chef may not always make food for kids) and

730-8pm for principals. Housekeeper or staff will eat leftovers.

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary plus stipend for health insurance and paid vacation.
