Professional couple seeking a private chef for their home in Vienna, VA
SCHEDULE: Monday, Wed and Friday to start with some flexibility in schedule. Employer will be able to advise any changes of visit days, a week in advance.
MEALS: Breakfast 830-930, Lunch 12-2pm, 2 snacks (to be left) and Dinner at 7pm.
CUISINE: styles enjoyed are Italian, Indian and Mexican. All meat needs to be Halal, Kosher. No pork and all meal preparation on the healthier side, low fat etc. Favorite providers are Whole foods and Trader Joes.
The ideal chef will menu plan in advance and submit it for approval. Once the menu is approved the chef will shop, execute meals in the employer’s kitchen, serve meals Breakfast and Lunch while there, Dinner can be left for reheat and self-service. The chef should leave the kitchen clean of all preparations, clean counters, floor, pots, pans etc.) before leaving.
FYI, This home has cats so chef must be cat friendly.
