A family of 8-10 seeks a chef for a few weekends in the summer at their home in Sagaponack.
DATES: Jul 19 & 25, Aug 15 & 29 with flexibility to change and add dates
CUISINE: Farm to table, simple fare. Lean proteins and vegetables, all tyles enjoyed. One daughter is dairy free by choice and no other immediate family allergies.
MEALS: mostly dinners but other meals can vary
HOUSING: The client will provide housing off property. Having your own vehicle may be important for transportation otherwise Ubers may be utilized to the house.
ENTERTAINING: One or 2 dinner parties may be required in the timeframe.
Additional help will be provided. Chef with a vehicle would be helpful
