Family of 2 adults and adult children seeking a weekend chef for July and August.

SCHEDULE: Fri, Sat and Sundays

MEALS: Lunch and Dinner

CUISINES: American, Italian, some Asian. all food non spicy and using farm fresh ingredients that is locally sourced. One family member is gluten free when visiting.

The ideal chef is culinary trained and has private household experience with references. The chef will menu plan with Mrs. input, shop, serve buffet or family style both lunch and dinner. Dinner will have a plated first course. Assistance is provided if more than 10 people.

HOUSING: A private bedroom is provided for the chef (if not a local candidate), and a vehicle is available for shopping.

COMPENSATION: 700.00 per day, plus local transportation costs will be reimbursed. (NYC area)
