NANTUCKET TEMP CHEF

Seeking a chef for FOUR days in June on Nantucket.

Ideally a Chef that has worked there and familiar with the island is preferred.

DATES: June 22nd to 25th – MONDAY -THURSDAY—-  FOUR DAYS

CLIENTS(4) adult men and approximately (8), 15 year old boys. Total approx. 12

EXPECTATIONS: custom menu planning, shopping, prep work, cooking, service, cleanup.

There are no additional staff at the home on those days to assist so chef should be ready to shop, prepare, present (buffet style) and clean up etc.

MEALS: (Buffet, family-style)

  • June 22 – chef arrives, shops for established menu for the duration and prepares dinner.
  • June 23 and 24 – breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner
  • June 25 – breakfast and lunch

HOUSING: Chef will be provided with housing on property, and a vehicle is available on the island for shopping.  

TRAVEL is provided to the island by flight or ferry and if chef drives, reimbursement for parking on the mainland is available.
