PCI has a new opportunity in Beverly Hills for a full-time, temporary, private chef. 5-day week, lunch and dinner, for a single principal.

• We are seeking qualified, local candidates 
• Home Base is Beverly Hills
• Secondary homes N/A
• No Travel requests 
• Family make-up is 1 adult in residence
• Tentative schedule is a full-time, 5-day week (M-F)
• Temporary 3 months
• Chef will prepare lunch & dinners
• Chef will prep and stock breakfast foods for self service
• Food-Style is Wide Variety
• Dietary Restrictions
• Some Dietary Restrictions
• Nothing raw
  • No deli meats
  • No unpasteurized items
  • Avoid high-mercury fish if possible.
  • If fish contains high levels, client can only have it once a week.

• Chef can expect occasional guests
• Chef is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Chef is responsible for stocking kitchen staples
• Certain Holiday requests may be expected
• Female and Male candidates considered
