Mature client seeking a Full-Time chef for their home in Palm Beach, FL.
Ideal year-round position for a good chef with simple focused cuisine all based in Florida
Great for a chef that doesn’t want to travel every summer and prefers a consistent schedule.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday (5 days)
Ideally, the chef will come in after morning shopping in time to prepare and serve breakfast and then proceed to prepare lunch and dinner. Lunch may or may not be served. Both lunch and dinner can be left for self serve if employer is not ready to eat while the chef is still there. The chef will also leave meals in the refrigerator for their days off. All meals left in fridge should be labeled and containerized.
MEALS: for one APPROX. TIMES if service is provided.
BREAKFAST 930-10AM, LUNCH 2-3PM, DINNER 530-6PM
CUISINE: healthy cuisine and most styles enjoyed. Meals must adhere to a renal diet. No grains, and only white bread. Low phosphorus, low sodium and sugar and high in proteins.
NO TRAVEL or entertaining required and no staff meals. Occasionally a trip may be planned and chef will be asked if they can accompany but it is not required.
COMPENSATION: Salary Range 50-75k based on experience and benefits may be negotiated on a case by case basis. There are no pets in the home.
