PCI is seeking a talented chef for an employer in Austin, Texas. This chef will work as a team to support the requests of the principals.

• Seeking qualified local and non-local candidates
• The home base is in Austin, TX
• Secondary Homes in
  • Austin Metro area
  • Texas Ranch, 20 minutes from main residence 
  • Taos, NM
  • Madrid, Spain
• Travel requests will be expected
• Family make-up is 3 adults and 2 children in residence
• Tentative schedule is Rotational
• Flexibility in scheduling is requested
• Chef will prepare and serve breakfast, lunch & dinners on scheduled days
• Chef will prepare daily snacks for family
• Occasional meal Guests can be expected
• Chef will keep kitchen stocked with staples, and cleanly
• Entertainment can be expected
• Holiday requests can be expected
• Food style request is fresh, creative, organic and healthy
