FT, PVT CHEF, PALM BEACH, FL & SOUTHAMPTON, NY

Looking for a highly skilled and trained Florida based, live out, Private Chef for a UHNW family of 5 (3 school age children) Flexible travel schedule and travel with the family for the Summer to Southampton, NY. (Off premise housing provided in Hamptons and could accommodate a spouse).

Locations and schedule:

JAN-MAY: PALM BEACH, FL, Monday –Friday,   Flexibility to work occasional Sat or Sun, Day off in lieu

Mid-MAYish to SEPT/OCT weather considered. SOUTHAMPTON NY, Wednesday – Sunday.  

CUISINE repertoire to include but not limited to: Light spa-like fare (low-fat), Classic American, Italian, “light version”, Asian, etc. Nothing fried rather creative healthy foods w/attention paid to presentation. Ability to cook dairy and grain free and for specific allergies. Healthy vegan options and fish are also required.

MEALS: LUNCH 12-1pm and DINNER DAILY 6-7pm. Beautiful presentation is important at all times

NO STAFF MEALS REQUIRED

The ideal chef is experienced in a private home with employer references. The chef should be highly organized and will be in charge of the kitchen and pantry stocking with organization and cleanliness at the forefront. The chef should have a positive and professional approach and enjoy working in a family setting while still respecting the family’s privacy.

COMPENSATION: Salary DOE, medical at no cost offered for employee. Paid vacation, 13 days to start with 5 sick days. Hiring is contingent on a Bg check and NDA will be required.
