FULL TIME, PRIVATE CHEF, DUE TO LOCATION CHEF MUST HAVE A VEHICLE
Family of 3 adults and 2 small children (5 and 3 years old) seeking a private chef for their home near Long Island Sound.
START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, weekends off
MEALS: Breakfast to be left in fridge for self-serve or ideally if chef wants to come in and prepare daily that would be preferred. Timing is 745am for breakfast.
Lunch
Dinner nightly at approximately 530- 6pm
CUISINE: All styles enjoyed, healthy, organic when possible and farm to table cuisine. No allergies. Mrs. Does not eat fish.
ENTERTAINING: rare, possibly 1-2 couples for dinners, but mostly just holidays with family
TRAVEL: No travel required
COMPENSATION: Salary DOE, stipend for medical, if needed.
The ideal chef is somewhat creative and passionate about fresh, seasonal fare. Well organized and able to keep the pantry stocked and current. The chef should be sourcing the freshest ingredients. Most of the family are easy eaters with few exceptions for personal preference. Chef should be dependable, cheerful and generally happy in a family environment.
