PCI is seeking a highly organized person to join an existing culinary team in San Francisco. This person does not have to be a chef, but does have some culinary experience, preferably in white tablecloth venues.

• Seeking a local candidate near to San Francisco
• F&B Manager will be responsible for
  • Shopping & Stocking
  • Helping the Culinary Team in every way
  • Administrative duties for Kitchen
  • Documentation of Meals
  • Has knowledge of Fine China and Silverware
  • Coordinates and Facilitates the Dinner Service
• This is a 1099 Contract hire
