PCI Has an opening with a client in Dallas, TX. This position is for an informal Butler with Culinary skills.

• Principal is a single, elderly businessman
• Dallas, Texas based 
• Act as Valet for principal
• Responsible for breakfast, lunch and dinner 5 days per week
• Shopping and stocking kitchen for principals self serve
• Foods prepped for housekeeper to finish on your days off
• Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen
• Wash & rack dishes, pots/pans and service-ware
• Stocking bar and drinks inventory and bar service occasionally
• No Travel requests at this time
• W-2 Direct Hire
