PCI is seeking a chef at the very top of their game with top venue experience. Must be highly organized, able to create fresh menu’s weekly, and has a creative-artsy way of plating presentation.
This estate has a culinary team and would be seeking a team player. The principals have several secondary homes which chef will also travel to on occasion. The San Fran home is home base for them.
The compensation offered is an excellent salary with full benefits offered.
Locals to the region preferred but willing to accept resumes from anywhere in the US.
