PCI is seeking a full time chef for an employer in Las Vegas, NV. Locals preferred but willing to consider relocation for the right match.

- Based in Las Vegas, NV
- Secondary home in Southern California
- Travel requests can be expected
- 5-6 day week schedule
- 2 chef team environment
- Chef should have extensive fine dining experience
- Chef should have some private service experience
- Chef should have strong knowledge in Italian, Mexican, and American food styles
- Chef should have excellent plating skills
- Flexibility needed to meet principals needs required
- Chef will be responsible for shopping of F&B
- Chef will keep stock and staples in kitchen filled
- Chef should be highly organized and cleanly
