Family of 3 adults seeking a FT chef for the summer season.

Dates: Approx June 8 through Oct 2023. Chef may arrive prior to family to adjust to island and stock kitchens as needed.

Meals: Lunch and dinner daily approx 1200 and 6pm

Schedule: Sunday Monday off with some flexibility

Cuisine: favorites are Asian, seafood, Italian etc. healthy, local produce filled meals. No allergies. GF preference for one principal without strictness and Dairy free and low spices for another principal.

HOUSING: Chef private bed/bath/living area provided on island in staff house on main property. Possibility of having chef’s spouse or significant other with them in accommodations. Vehicle also provided on island.

Entertaining for up to 12 maximum with one larger event on 4th of July for up to 30. Some entertaining may be for more formal and upscale dinner parties so chef should be capable of executing more elegant menus.

Must have experience
Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
Will be open to feedback and improvements overall; flexible, collaborative and amiable style
Flexible schedule a must, as hours may vary at times
Utmost discretion and professionalism

Private Chef: 3-5 years (Preferred) and preferably in private homes with references. Classically / Professionally trained
