Home base is New York city with year-round weekend trips to either the Hampton or CT homes and sporadic trips to Palm Beach, FL for approx. a week each trip (Jan, Feb, Mar).

SCHEDULE: 5 days per week

MEALS: in NYC usually dinner only, when at other homes lunch and dinner.

OTHER; Staff of 4-5. Staff meals can be lunch and dinner and dinner only depending on what is required.

CUISINE: healthy versions of French and Italian are favorites and most other styles enjoyed. Seafood is well liked, little to no red meat. Chef should be well versed in more formal service and baking skills including gluten and dairy free. Exact restrictions will be discussed in the interview. Expectations are for beautifully presented, high end food for everyday and occasional entertaining.

HOUSING: live out NYC, in CT, house on property is provided. In Hamptons, a private room provided in the main house.  In Palm beach, a condo close by with a private bedroom is shared with butler. Vehicles are provided at all locations.

COMPENSATION: Salary range competitive and depends on experience, medical insurance 401k with match up to 4% after one year. Paid Life insurance 2 weeks Paid vacation to start.
