Family of 2 adults, small dog and 2 adult children seeking a fullt ime live out housekeeper.
Residence has 6 bedrooms/6 and 2 half baths. approximately 8 k sq ft.
Schedule: 5 day work week. Days off can be negotiated and flexible
Responsibilities:
- Daily general household cleaning of bedrooms, baths and all common rooms.
- General and deep cleaning of kitchen
- Laundry of general household and personal items including delicate fabrics.
- Ironing as needed.
- Experience in the care of fine antiques and artwork.
- Detailed preferences in cleaning product use will be outlined.
- Vacuuming, dusting, window and floor care etc.
NO travel required
COMPENSATION: competitive salary depending on experience, with medical stipend and paid vacation.
Ideal candidate has previous High net worth household experience.
- Legal work permit, Speaks English fluently and is self-motivated and organized.
- Candidate should be able to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Laundry services and cleaning of home and fine furnishings with delicate hand is required.
- This is a very casual home environment and uniforms are not required for daily work.
