FAMILY OF FOUR SEEKING A LIVE OUT CHEF BASED IN NAPLES FL.
Schedule 5 days per week usually Monday Tuesday off but subject to change
Meals: Lunch and dinner daily with breakfast items left in fridge for next day. Chef will also prepare and label meals for chef’s days off for self serve
Cuisine: All Organic ingredients primarily Paleo anti-inflammatory diet., emphasis on “from scratch” preparations. No sugar, gluten, no dairy and low to no grains. Meats, fish, poultry and even some game meats are enjoyed. Specific, local, preferred vendors will be advised. No canned products.
Travel: domestic and international travel will be required. Europe (UK) in summer July- August and can be extended stays. Short trips throughout the year to Central America for approximately one week each. All may change due to Covid and therefore fluid.
Compensation: Salary. Medical for employee and pay into for employee’s family. Dental and vision plans available at a cost. Paid vacation and PTO are offered.
Ideal chef is formally trained at CIA or similar European schooling.
