Recruiting a LIVE IN CHEF for a client with homes in:

Philadelphia, PA——-End of April through early June AND Labor Day until Nov.

Summers ————— South of France mid to late June until Labor Day

Jupiter, Florida——– Late November through April

All above approximate dates.

Household consists of one adult, plus one housekeeper.

Meals for 2-3 on daily basis.

Breakfast approx. 9am, sometimes not required

Lunch approx. 130pm and Dinner approx. 730pm

Chef is responsible for shopping, and stocking kitchen pantry etc. all meals serving and cleaning of kitchen. All meals to be presented and plated with elegance.

Cuisine style preferred is French (nouvelle and some classic), Italian AND all European cuisines will be requested. No allergies or religious preferences. Chef should be well trained in culinary including pastry.

French trained is a preference.

Schedule. Chef is required to work 5-6 days per week. Day off can be Saturday in Florida and PHL.  Summer schedule may vary since family and guests would be accommodated mostly on weekends in summer.

Additional Duties: Chef will be required to drive employer as needed so must possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record.  Full background check will be administered before hire. Immediate start is preferred if possible. Covid Vaccination required.
