FAMILY OF FIVE (2 adults and 3 children), seeking a full time chef for lunch and dinner daily.
Days off are flexible and can be 2 midweek days or Saturday and one midweek day.
Cuisine: Shabbats dinner every Friday so knowledge of Kosher cuisine is a plus and expected for Jewish holidays.Family is not strict kosher on a daily basis. Other favorite cuisines include Asian, Indian, French, Italian. no allergies. Diversity in cuisine styles is appreciated. Expectation is that all meals are freshly prepared using fresh homemade stocks, dressings, sauces etc. some light baking is required such as challah breads ect.
Entertaining weekly for shabbats and 2x a month for approximately 10 people
Summer travel may be required to nearby summer home from 2-4 hours away from area.
Travel: may or may not be required on spring break and holidays, all to be determined and with notice given.
Salary plus paid vacation is offered and Medical benefits to be negotiated if needed.
