Seeking a full time formally trained  Chef for a family of four, 2 adults 2 children (7 and 3 years old)

Live out in Naples with summer travel (approx. mid June to Mid August) to southern New Jersey. Travel expenses and housing provided for any travel outside Naples.

Cuisine style: Strictly all organic. Sourcing with home organic garden and strictly organic purveyors. One principal is gluten free. Chef should have gluten free baking skills. Beautiful presentation required. scratch preparation only.

Meals: Menus for week to be established week in advance. Lunch for 2 adults and smallest child and dinner daily. During school year breakfast for school age child and lunch packed. Meals to be left for chef days off with instructions for reheating.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some flexibility if entertaining on a weekend day. Some dinners for up to 8-10. If any larger events are planned, chef will have outside assistance
