PCI has a high profile employer in Minnesota seeking a local chef with talent and a interest in a Farm to Table estate.

  • We are requested to match client with local and qualified Chefs
  • A Chef with ability and willingness to also prepare canned goods, preserving and pickling’s
  • A Chef who has ability and interest in Farming, harvesting and self-sustaining practices
  • The home base is in Medina, MN
  • Chef may be requested to work from a remote, but local secondary home
  • The family make-up is 2 adults and 5 children (under 8yrs) in residence
  • The chef will prepare lunch and dinner meals 5 days per week
  • The chef will also keep stock and staples rotated for the kitchen as needed
  • Requesting a clean, healthy, organic, farm to table food style
  • Dinner guests, and Entertaining is minimal but can be expected occasionally
  • Holiday requests can be expected
  • We will seek to stay in a salary of about $90k-$110k
  • Male or female chefs considered
