PCI has an employer based in Plano, Texas with secondary homes in Park City, UT, and Turks & Caicos.
- We are requested to match client with qualified local and non-local candidates
- The home base is in Plano, TX
- Travel requests can be expected (once monthly-short stays and once yearly at Holidays)
- Entertaining is lite and more family oriented
- Destinations include Park City, Utah and Turks and Caicos
- Family make-up is 2 adults and 4 children (ages 3-11) in residence
- Staff members may be present for meals
- Chef will prepare and serve lunch and dinners x5 days
- Flexibility is important regarding certain weekends and travel requests
- Requesting a clean, healthy, organic preparation within a wide repertoire of food styles
- Must be familiar with multiple diets – Dairy free, Gluten Free and Vegan
- One Principal is following a Plant Based diet. Dietary request may change.
- Chef would have excellent knowledge of nutrition and live a healthy lifestyle
- Male & Female candidates considered
