PCI is seeking a chef either in Fresno, CA or willing to relocate to Fresno. Client is a single, mature female.
- We are requested to match client with qualified local and non-local candidates
- Seeking a qualified Chef-Household Manager
- Bilingual-English/Spanish
- The home base is in Fresno, CA
- No Travel requests at this time
- Family make-up is 1 adult Principal in residence
- Friend/Partner often present for meals
- Grown children and grandchildren frequently visit
- Oversite of housekeeping staff and grounds/pool staff
- Oversite and scheduling of vendors
- Chef will prepare and serve dinners
- Chef will prep and store lunches for next day
- Chef will stock meals and staples for days off
- Schedule will be Monday thru Friday (5 day week)
- Family prefers thoughtful plating and presentation
- Chef will prepare and stock foods for days off
- Occasional flexibility in schedule is requested
- Requesting a clean, healthy, organic preparation within a wide repertoire of food styles
- Any Covid mandates apply.
