PCI has an employer based in SLC, Utah with secondary homes in Park City, La Jolla, and Montana.

  • The home base is in Salt Lake City, Utah
  • Weekly Travel to secondary homes is expected often
  • Secondary destinations are Park City, UT…La Jolla, CA…and Montana
  • The family make-up is 2 adults and 1 child in residence
  • Other family members and guests can be expected to frequent as meal guests
  • The chef will prepare lunch and dinner meals 5 days per week
  • The chef will also keep stock and staples rotated for the kitchen as needed
  • The chef will prep foods for their days off
  • Scheduled days off are likely mid-week
  • A Chef with ability and willingness to take charge of the physical kitchen and total food services at each residence
  • Requesting a clean, healthy, organic preparation within a wide repertoire of food styles, i.e. American and European as favorites
  • Certain Holiday requests can be expected
  • Male or female chefs considered
