cuisine sought is 80% plant based and 20% seafood, chicken and turkey. No red meat.
Flavor is important some cuisines enjoyed are Indian, Asian, full of spices and flavor rich ingredients.
Position is Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner.
Chef will menu plan, shop, prepare and leave food for self serve.
All food prep to be done in Employer’s kitchen.
