RECRUITING A FT CHEF TO WORK WITH A 2ND CHEF TO ENSURE

HIGH PROFILE EMPLOYER AND STAFF  7 DAY PER WEEK COVERAGE.

SHIFTS WILL BE DETERMINED BETWEEN BOTH CHEFS.

CUISINE STYLE: HEALTHY, ORGANIC WHEN POSSIBLE, FROM SCRATCH INGREDIENTS.

  • dietary needs of the family: gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, vegan.
  • BAKING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE GLUTEN FREE ETC.

 

Required meals are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for 2 adults and 2 children 18 yrs and 5yrs.

Staff meals for 2-5 will also be required with emphasis on lunch

SOME DOMESTIC AND TRAVEL ABROAD MAY BE REQUIRED IN ADDITION TO SUMMER HOME IN NY AREA.

IDEAL CHEF: FORMALLY TRAINED, LIVES IN NYC AREA, EXPERIENCED IN PVT HOMES, GREAT AT VEGAN AND SPECIAL DIET INCLUDING BAKING, FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULE AND OPEN FOR TRAVEL

COMPENSATION PACKAGE DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE.
